The Warehouse in Chile

I've been building companies for more than 15 years — starting from a warehouse in Chile and working my way to raising capital in the U.S. That path ran through five countries, three industries, and a lot of situations where the right answer wasn't obvious until you'd already lived through the wrong one.

Cleanlight

I co-founded Cleanlight, a solar energy company that grew to operate across Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and the United States. Building and taking it through to exit taught me something that advisory work alone can't: that operating a business and advising one are entirely different disciplines. One requires you to be right about capital, execution, and people at the same time.

LatAm & Recognition

Along the way I've worked inside companies across fintech and market entry — including a LatAm fintech processing more than $400M in annual transaction volume — scaling infrastructure across a region most U.S. operators treat as an afterthought. In 2021, Bloomberg named me among Latin America's 500 most influential personalities. I've spoken at Emerge Americas and worked alongside organizations including Alchemist Accelerator and CIC.

Business Sound & Cleanlight Inc. Today

I co-founded Business Sound to help LatAm companies enter the U.S. market on real terms — not just a translated pitch deck. That work is current and active. I also lead Cleanlight Inc., the platform through which I source and structure deals across energy, mining, and construction in LatAm. That operation lives at cleanlightinc.com.

Over the years, I've also invested directly in companies I believe in — a handful of angel positions alongside the operating work.
